Aho Architects has, for three decades, served our clients on all kinds of projects. When you are relationship-focused, you don’t pass on the projects your clients need designed and managed, even if they’re utilitarian. They’re not glamorous, but everybody has them and they deserve attention. We have completed more than 150 capital improvements projects for clients in all market sectors.
They’re not glamorous, but everybody has them: re-roofing, window replacements, HVAC upgrades, restroom renovations, campus signage, and other capital projects. They might be utilitarian but they’re also important and deserve attention.
As relationship-focused and service-oriented architects, we believe we should assist our clients in whatever ways we can. Our expertise in public bidding, capital improvements, and project management means we will be your trusted advisor on these types of projects. We don’t refuse these types of jobs. It is not the sort of work architects usually feature in their portfolios… but then again, we’re not like most architects.
Many of Aho Architects capital improvements projects have been completed under the 22 “open-end” contracts we have been awarded by clients such as community colleges, the national guard, state agencies, and public housing authorities. These multi-year, multi-project contracts enable us to quickly and consistently be on-call to serve our clients when they need our services.
